1. Detailing
All garments are thoroughly inspected and prepared for cleaning. This includes the protection of, or removal, of button or ornamental wear, structural surveying, evaluating for serviceability and more.
2. Stain Removal
This is performed by professionals using both traditional and advanced modern techniques, all of which have been proven and developed throughout our years of experience.
3. Cleaning
All our dry cleaning, laundering and hand cleaning procedures are carried out using the finest and most eco friendly chemicals and technologies. Extensive classification and only the purest of solvents are used.
4. Hand Finishing
Our pressers, which are of the highest standard, guarantee that your garments are individually finished to your specific requirements.
5. Inspection
Every garment is formally inspected in staggering detail to ensure that it’s at it's very best before being reunited with their owner.
6. Packaging
In order to ensure your garments are safely returned to your wardrobe, most garments are individually protected with a quality robe. We extensively use tissue, custom hangers, and specially designed bags and boxes.
